Useful Tips for Facilitating Access After Prescribing SIMPONI™ (golimumab). Some health plans do not require prior authorization (PA). If you discover during your benefits investigation that prior authorization is required, this guide will assist you in gathering the information you need to support your therapy choice. Cannot ensure patients will qualify for SimponiOneSM Cost Support program (i.e. eligible patients), and cost support may be provided for insurance deductibles, copay, or coinsurance medication costs (i.e. not just copay assistance).
