SimponiOneSM. Your one source for support for people receiving treatment with SIMPONI™ (golimumab). The personalized Care Coordination services offered by SimponiOneSM make it easy for you to get the help you need to make your treatment with SIMPONI™ (golimumab) convenient.



Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. (JJPAF). Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. (JJPAF) is an independent, private, nonprofit organization that assists patients who do not have financial resources or prescription drug coverage obtain free prescription products that are donated by Johnson & Johnson operating companies. These companies have a long-standing commitment to helping patients access medicines. Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. donates medicines to JJPAF.

Patients receiving benefits under a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan are not eligible to receive assistance through JJPAF, but eligibility exceptions based on significant financial or medical need will be considered.

SimponiOneSM Cost Support. Your eligible patients may qualify for instant savings on their private insurance co-pay, deductible, and co-insurance medication costs for SIMPONI™ (golimumab) through SimponiOneSM Cost Support. If your eligible patients qualify and activate their SimponiOneSM Cost Support Instant Savings Card, their out-of-pocket costs for the first six months of SIMPONI™ (golimumab) are covered in full. For months seven through twelve, your eligible patients pay $5 a month for every $1,005 portion of their out-of-pocket drug expense. SimponiOneSM Cost Support is subject to a $6,000 annual program benefit, 12 months after activation, or 12 injections, whichever comes first.

Your patients may be eligible for the SimponiOneSM Cost Support benefits if they have been prescribed SIMPONI™ (golimumab), are being treated for an approved indication for SIMPONI™ (golimumab) and currently have commercial insurance that covers medication costs for SIMPONI™ (golimumab).
